Software Developer w/ TS/SCI Clearance

Job Description
Candidate must have the capability to extend knowledge management services to multiple agencies to enable the Presidential Community of Interest (COI) to plan, coordinate, collaborate and exchange data using a combination of Microsoft's SharePoint Portal Services and custom built ASP.NET applications.
The knowledge management portal also leverages emerging technologies, including Microsoft's Identity Integration Server, which enables the system to determine COIs based on data collected from agency systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum of two (2) years of Internet-based software development, testing methods and concepts.
Web applications development with solid .NET skills.
Must be a hard working team player with an ″everything is possible″ approach.
Must think out of the box and rapidly model solutions.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to write complex specifications clearly.
Other Requirements
Experience with the following technologies is highly desired: J2EE and ASP Jscript.
The candidate must possess a Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) access security completed within the last five (5) years.
In addition, candidates should have a Single Scope Background (SSB) Investigation completed within the last 36 months.
