|
Newly forming, 60 million dollar project, which will entail this person building the world's largest database to track security essential to US and the world.This is a highly visible, "key" position to the project's success and requires someone able to be in the spotlight. In addition, it will offer this person strong potential for increasing personal growth as the group expands and requires more leadership.
Technical Requirements:
** Ideally 10+ years of overall IT experience
** 5+ + years as a Oracle Architect/ DBA
** Experience building/installing a database from scratch in a senior/lead capacity including setting up tables, performance tuning, triggers, security, back-up and recovery, maintenance, data modeling, etc.
** Oracle development experience should include using SQL*Loader for bulk data loads and the development of PL/SQL stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages.
** Experience designing and deploying databases using Oracle Replication in both master to master, and master to client configurations is a plus but not essential.
** Experience acting as a Team Mentor/Team Lead or Supervisor a plus.
** Ability to generate technical documentation.
Consultant oriented skills required:
** Must have strong experience consulting directly with clients to define requirements and solve problems.
** Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
** Experience producing and conducting technical presentations to the client.
